Pillow(s) are used to help elevate the client while face up, and for support while in a side-lying position. If you are in your first trimester of your pregnancy, a doctors note is required before your session. Second and third trimesters are ideal for massage, but you should always consult your healthcare provider first. Pressure: Light - Medium (on select areas)
